this is what 19 days of life looks like.

a couple of weeks ago i met with this little black headed fellas new mommy and daddy and got to do his first photo shoot.  and might i add, he is QUITE the poser.  gotta love a baby.

nineteen days old and a bundle of love.
what a blessed little boy you are.
welcome to the world.
the last two are my very favorite.  i love them.  i especially love his little lips in the one in his mom's arms.

six months!

recently, i got together with my friend angel and met her little prince and took his pictures.  what we thought would be a leisurely day turned into our park where we were shooting being closed and the sweet lady that owned the area breathing down our backs watching our every move...

but when you have a baby...people are a little more patient...and when you have a baby as cute as this guy AND a large camera --- she let us stay.

but then the little guy was over the shoot before it started...

here are my favorites.  i mean, his face.  is it not the sweetest?  and here's the thing, if he's anything like his mama, he will be one sweet boy.

what a fun early morning.
sometimes when i am shooting babies, i think...what if this were an adult?
and then i crack myself up.
there is SOOOO much wrong with this picture, BUT i ADORE it.
he was OVER me.  and the whole setting him in wet grass.
this is his, "why thank you for the chair AND the clothes...you shouldn't have" look.
"sike."

"lady with the large camera.
mom.
OVER.  IT."

baby, baby, baby....oh BABY!

the little fellas have been at camp all week, so lil bit and i have just been hanging out and having no fun at home, until today, when we had camp baby!  "yay baby!" as lil bit would say
...that was after the "no no baby stop." when baby would touch her or even look at her, this frustration was fueled by the fact that she couldn't even walk yet, silly five month old!
such a disappointment.

i took advantage of having a real live baby in my presence and snapped some sweet shots of her.
and yes, she's as sweet as she looks.

which shot's your favorite?
